Crown buys up Allied -Kingswood
Sarena Joseph, daughter of Allied’s founder, Jack Joseph, says she decided to sell to Crown, established since 1946, because she believed this was the best way to secure the future of Allied.
Crown’s md Michael Head says of the acquisition: “Today’s purchase marks an exciting time in the history of the company. It means we are well-placed to continue supplying what consumers want, and means we can add real value to retailers.”
He adds: “The acquisition ensures the ongoing future development of the company and we look forward to developing the long-term relationships with both customers and suppliers.”
